Live downloads of Twitch broadcasts default to audio with no apperent way to download as video

Hello,

I think this is a bug because in the past it worked fine as expected - pasting the link of the channel and following the GUI would make an MP4 file.

Now, doing the same only gives me audio options to choose from (flac, opus, m4a, etc.) The "video quality" setting is greyed out as "best", un-clickable and unchangeable. The resulting file is of course whatever audio setting was selected, plus a thumbnail.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong here? Thank you in advance.

Twitch is a bitch about stuff like this, along with ad blocking. They probably did something that broke Parabolic's ability to download content.

Can you try with the latest version of Parabolic?

Could you also provide me with an example link?

Cannot reproduce on the current version. The updated yt-dlp probably fixed this.

Let me know if it happens again and provide a URL.
