Here is repo with working dumper for anthem resources, but there is no ebx working tool^ may be you could use some info from those repo to add support for Anthem game here?

Anthem support is planned. Plants vs Zombies and Need for Speed: Heat appear to be using the same layout so Anthem support will cover those games as well.
