About auto language selection

Hello there,

Due to some program compatibility issues, I had to set my Windows display language to English.

So I found that ScreenToGif followed my setting, but Windows 10 distinguished the Windows display language and App display language settings.

Could ScreenToGif follow the Windows 10 App language setting instead of the Windows display language setting? https://docs.microsoft.com/windows/win32/api/winnls/nf-winnls-getuserpreferreduilanguages
