[Bug] The delay buttons doesnt work it makes my gif go insanely fast

Describe the bug The delay buttons in the editor doesnt work it will just make your gif faster instead of slowing it down or changing the making it a bit faster.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Editor
2. Click on Edit
3. Click on any of the options in "Delay (Duration"
4. See error

Expected behavior I expected to be able to control the delay of each of my frames to either slow it down or making it faster.

and yes the site i used to check the delay is ezgif, and they also use ms

The app has three options for playback speed changes, and they give you different results:

Which one did you select? If you want to slow for example, you can pick Increase/Decrease or the Scale.
