Describe the bug Can't resize ScreenToGif window frame with stylus

To Reproduce Use a stylus to resize ScreenToGif window frame

Expected behavior Resize window

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11 23H2 build 22631.4037
  • Version 2.41 portable x64
  • Device : Huawei Matebook E 2022 - Huawei M-Pencil 2nd gen stylus

I dont have a device and a stylus to test, but I added some code that I think it may work. So please test the next version when it comes out.

Thanks for 2.41.1 update. It has improved but there are still 2 issues

  1. There is noticeable delay when resizing
  2. Drag action sometimes don't work at left corner
