Files not replace correctly

when i try to replace a file inside a folder of an SARC archive, insirt file not replace the original file inside but added to the root of the archive like the image below. The file Dm_OP_0030.msbt suppose to inside the EventFlowMsg folder.

maybe you need to launch wild bits as a administrator and it also cant replace the file when its being used by a different program
