Installing Full HD Cutscenes (2023 Edition) results in corrupted green cutscenes

The mp4s work fine if you extract them from the BNP on the page, but extracting them from inside the UKMM-converted zip results in them not playing at all (at least on VLC). In game, cutscenes look like: image
