Allow picking an emoji in the picker with arrow keys

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Open emoji picker, type search term, then you have to use the mouse to select the emoji. It would be nicer if you could use the arrow keys to transition into selecting the emoji.

Well, you can also just type :<search term> and use the arrow keys to select one of the 7 best matches. Arrow keys are a bit difficult, since the interfere with moving around in the search input panel.

You could press tab to shift out of the text box into the emoji picker? I was thinking that pressing down out of the text box would move into the emoji window or pressing up off the top row of the picker would move into the text box?

That feels needlessly verbose and complicated. But I'll consider it.
