Hide removed messages

The Problem

When a room has a lot of removed messages, they take a lot of space (please see the attached screenshot with an example) and a lot of unnecessary scrolling is needed to see the left messages.

The Solution

The solution would be to add a setting (either global or room specific) to hide removed messages.

An alternative possible solution in this case is to collapse them, like what element does: Should I make a separate issue for this and list this one as an alternative?

I think the best way is just to show the number of messages removed if it has the same reason or no reason.

5 messages removed by username
