[MOBIAN] : Video Call Not Started

Describe the bug

When i try to do a video call, the ui display this log message "problem setting up call".

To Reproduce

1. Go to Nheko
2. Go to a discussion
3. Click on call button in left on bottom
4. Click on video

What happened?

In Settings of Nheko, resolution camera and framerate camera have empty field.

Expected behavior

I excepted some devices (as pinephone) to implement VIDIOC_ENUM_FRAMEINTERVALS.
