Add the icon "Jump to first unread message."

The Problem

Currently we have one icon at the bottom, it goes to the latest message.

The Solution

It would be nice one similar icon at the top, adding the abbility to jump to first unread message (like element web does).

For example, here:

How it works in element web: when we go to a room, we see the latest message, and if there is new unread messages outside of the window, we can see the icon. This icon is shown 30 seconds and disappears after this time, or if we click over there.

Or at least jump by default to first unread message instead of last one.

@AndreySV or maybe add the ability to choose in preferences (jump to first unread message, or jump to the last)
