Add the ability to show the thin blue line only if there are new messages in the room

The Problem

The thin blue line is shown if there are messages, events, join/left messages.

The Solution

Some people like this behavior, but others (like me) prefer to see the blue line only if there are new messages in the room.

It would be nice the option in preferences.
