Support for chat export

The Problem

there's no reliable way to export matrix chats larger than 2GB in other clients such as element, seems to be a browser (maybe also electron) limitation from what i found on element's issue tracker. QT shouldn't however have this limitation.

The Solution

ideally adding support for chat export within nheko, with the ability to export from the beginning of the chat room to end.
