nginx-proxy-manager Hamburger menu btn doesn't work on new UI

Describe the bug On mobile if you click the hamburger menu button top left it doesn't do anything.

Nginx Proxy Manager Version v2.13.0 and .1

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Login on mobile device
Click on hamburger button top left
See nothing happens

Expected behavior A menu should open I guess

Operating System Android 12; Build/SP1A.210812.016

Additional context Brave 1.83.120, Chromium 141.0.7390.122

I am having this issue as well using safari and chrome on my iPhone. Hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible. This issue happens on iPhone using chrome or safari app and brave browser. Just used it on my MacBook Pro and not having this issue with safari on macOS cause it shoes everything across the top of the page and no hamburger menu
