nginx-proxy-manager Site becomes unavailable on SSL Enable

When I enable SSL on my domain it shows

This site can’t be reachedThe webpage at https://status.notsharingdomain.net/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_SSL_UNRECOGNIZED_NAME_ALERT

Same here. I have wildcard ssl and only to domain without cname not working.

I couldn't find the source of the problem so I just used the Manual NGINX Config and it worked.

So I just did face this issue too. My problem was that the SSL certificate wasn't set on the proxy host config. So after assigning the certificate under Edit proxy host -> SSL -> SSL certificate it was working again. Maybe this will help 🤷
