Real IP now working permanent

Iam running npm in docker.

I managed to edit the /etc/nginx.conf File inside the docker container

But everytime i restart the Container all changes are reverted.

I there a solution to get the real IP forwarded with using the docker-compose.yml File? This would be much better.
