Can't upload existing SSL cloudflare certificate - this.ui.domain_names[0] is undefined

Hello when I click on ADD SSL CERTIFICATE -> CUSTOM no interface run and this is the error in the page inspector:

TypeError: can't access property "value", this.ui.domain_names[0] is undefined

not enough information, put some effort into the post. What version of NPM are you running, share the logs from the docker container into Pastebin. Have you tried a fresh install? I am running the latest version and this is not an issue.
