Ability to group follows

Right now, follows are just a single list in the protobuf and in the UI:

It would be nice if there were a way to group them. ex: "people", "tech blogs", "twitter", "RSS feeds", etc.

This would enable nice things like being able to filter your feed page by particular follow groups:

Ex: "Just show me my tech blogs".
