Bring back the "welcome to feoblog" text.

When you load feoblog and there are no items on the homepage, show a blurb welcoming users to feoblog. Direct them to:

  • Create an ID
  • Log In
  • Add it to the server in the CLI
  • Create a Profile
  • Create a Post
