there's no real standard, but the latter is used as the ["official" EPG sources](https://github.com/Free-TV/IPTV/blob/e301842ccce81812aab26607c4b05c522eb9ce9e/make_playlist.py#L6) for this playlist so that's gonna be recommended i guess.
