`APPINSTALLER_CLI_ERROR_SHELLEXEC_INSTALL_FAILED (0x8A150006)` Error when updating an app

Getting the error APPINSTALLER_CLI_ERROR_SHELLEXEC_INSTALL_FAILED (0x8A150006) when installing an app.

Debug info:

App version: 2.4.1 WinGet version: 1.11.510 Device ID: e71f6346-bb21-478f-8c87-6172638eae02 OS version: 19045.6332 Electron version: 29.1.6 Node version: 20.9.0 Chrome version: 122.0.6261.139

It gives the error "not i386" upon trying to install it. The same happened in the past. I think you are downloading the wrong version (i have the 64 Bit version installed). You need to download the "Universal Installer" or the "x64 Installer.
