Getting the error Error: Timeout reached at C:\Users\bdcer\AppData\Local\Programs\update-hub\resources\app.asar\preload.js:1:1074576.

This is happening regularly on a Microsoft Surface laptop with a snapdragon ARM64 processor.

Why is this happening and how can I get around it?
