Getting the error APPINSTALLER_CLI_ERROR_SHELLEXEC_INSTALL_FAILED (0x8A150006) when installing an app.

When attempting to update "Microsoft Office" an error appears "Couldn't install" We couldn't find the specified configuration file path and file name" Error code: 0-2048 (0)
