Startup entry

I have 'Start with Windows' disabled, as shown here;

But every time I run the program, this entry in the registry is recreated;

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] "UpdateHub"=""C:\Users\Timothy\AppData\Local\Programs\update-hub\UpdateHub.exe" --silent"

Why do I have the delete that key after running the program every time?
