Getting the error APPINSTALLER_CLI_ERROR_NO_APPLICATIONS_FOUND (0x8A150014) when installing an app.

BITVISE SSH Client - process installation requires uninstall of previous client first. After this is complete (uninstall), install process is gone and attempting to restart it gets this error
