Feature: Warming SSR Lambda

Idea: Periodically invoke the function to keep it warm (example: every 5mins) Must be a boolean tf variable, so we can choose if we want it enabled Estimated cost: ~ 1$/month

Optionally: do the same for CloudFront cache
