Updating an extension in incognito mode crashes the browser

I enabled Chromium Web Store to run also in incognito mode.

In a incognito windows I see the icon of the extension with the badge of available updates, but when I click the icon and then click on a update-able extension the whole browser crashes. (It works flawless in a normal window)

I use ungoogled-chromium Version 137.0.7151.119 on Windows 10/11

Same here - Ungoogled Chromium 138.0.7204.96 (Linux, Flatpak).
