HTTPS redirection causes certain files to fail to play since LAV Filters 0.77

In MPC-HC (#2471) certain files that use HTTPS redirection open but fail to play since LAV Filters 0.77. This regression applies to your build as well.

Your build of LAV Filters 0.76.1 works fine with the latest version of MPC-HC.

I thought that there was a commit causing this issue. However I built LAV Filters 0.76.1 (GCC 11.2) myself. But for some reason it had this regression too.

Do you have any idea what could cause this issue?

In Visual Studio mkv error: I/O Error: avio error was displayed.
