Button borders in Cataclysm Classic with the icon pack Mechagnome Edition

Hi! What needs to be done to display the button borders when using the Mechagnome Edition icon pack in Cataclysm Classic. Borders are shown in Retail.

You should enable Button Grid if not already enabled.
