`scoop bucket add Nightly`: Unknown bucket 'Nightly'.

https://github.com/StudentWeis/Nightly does not exist anymore.

A solution would be to add COMTool to the official scoop extra bucket.

please download release at release page or install py pip. scoop is maintained by @StudentWeis , maybe some wrong happened
