The NMA-curated dataset preprocessing steps

Hello! Could you please tell what preprocessing steps was done before this analysis ( load_hcp.ipynb) ? In code only was written that " The NMA-curated dataset includes time series data that has been preprocessed and spatially-downsampled by aggregating within 360 regions of interest."

Do you use tfMRI_WM_LR_Atlas_MSMAll.dtseries.nii as raw from HCP dataset?
