[Documentation]: specify order of RGB axes in ImageSeries

Noticed that the PyNWB documentation for ImageSeries makes no explicit mention of the color channel order (which ought to be RGB). This is somewhat important as we just discovered that OpenCV (fairly standard open-access cross-format video reader) does not do this by default.
