DANDI upload failing due to incompatible version

Describe the issue

From the daily end to end tests:

Request to neuroconv/upload/project failed
SchemaVersionError

Server requires schema version 0.6.9; client only supports 0.6.10.  You may need to upgrade dandi and/or dandischema

Similar to #953. Will require new release ASAP.
