Reacticket Feature Idea: Auto Close Inactive Tickets

• enabling this would automatically close a ticket if no one has typed in it for 2 hours.
• admin can use 0 to disable it
• option to halt the timeout on a per-ticket basis just in case an admin wants to keep a ticket open

I've actually been thinking about this feature for a while since most people will literally just won't talk when creating or a ticket or a ticket will stall. I would have a time like 24 hours instead of 2.
