[NeuroScopeIO] NeuroScopeIO can not handle file with missing channels but NeuroScope can

Hi all, I have some .dat files under the NeuroScope format for which some channel have been deleted for quality control. I find that NeuroScopeIO can not open these files while NeuroScope can with a warning. I am wondering if it would be possible to add in a similar feature that allows NeuroScopeIO to handle files of this type. Here is a picture of the error.

I can change the section so that it skips the bad channels but I don't know if that will cause more problem down the line
