[Doc] Contact info for Elephant maintainers?

At the moment, I noticed there's no official contact info of the maintainers listed in the README for Elephant. I had assumed it was @Moritz-Alexander-Kern, as he has been the most responsive on issues, but he has no contact info on his profile either. I'd like to reach out and create some connections.

Hi @rcpeene thanks for pointing out this information is missing. There is a functional address at [email protected], which went missing and we'll update this in docs and README. Also we'll update our profiles where possible.
