Enhance CLI Functionality for Monitoring Scan Process Issues

During the scan execution process, various non-critical issues may arise. Currently, these issues can only be monitored through the application's UI.

To enhance the customer experience, we should introduce the capability to check these issues via the CLI. This addition will provide users with a more versatile and efficient way to manage and troubleshoot scans.
