Has even more advantages which could help improve the controller over all. For example Step detection prior to your magnetometer detection on the shaft. Edit: StallGuard was the word I was wishing my brain could produce.

I think so too. But I have to read a bit more of the datasheet. But I think its very advanced and might be a good replacement for the tmc2209. They're just bringing out too many new fancy controllers too fast :D
