How to let the client to sending the DHCPv6 request and how to add the vendor option(17) in the request

Hi, I was wondering if the dhcpv6 client could working with statefull mode?like sending the Solicit to the server and get the Advertise from the serve ,then sending the request to the server,then get reply. And How to config the vendor info (op 17) for ipv6 on client,As the client need show up the vendor info to the server. Third,As I follow the command from help, I add the vendor info with "-v",but didn't work,please check the image as below:
