Black Screen During Password Prompt

Hi,

I have pixel 4a which is running on android 13 beta, when the password prompt comes up on the device, the device stream goes blank. If I enable the keyboard and type the password and press enter key, the stream shows the actual screen.

This does not happen with Android 12 and below versions.

I am using the latest revision from the master branch of ws-scrcpy repository. Please advise on what can be done about this issue.

And also, tested this using the scrcpy jar and it seems to be working fine for passcode prompts.

Hi. Unfortunately, I can't test it on a physical device. You can help to narrow it down by checking:

1. if you can reproduce the issue with older version of scrcpy (currently ws-scrcpy fork is based on v1.19).
2. if the problem still exists in this version (it includes unfinished update to scrcpy v1.24).

Can you attach a screenshot (from device) with an example of the problematic password prompt?
