Grafana and Prometheus support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We need to offer Prometheus metrics and Grafana dashboards to the user.

Describe the solution you'd like Grafana and Prometheus docker-compose services must be created along with updates to clients docker-compose services templates (as they must configure metrics)
