Handle validator hardware requirements

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be helpful for the users to know if their machines satisfy the hardware requirements for the validator on-premise setup. Giving the option in the TUI (when it is done) to show minimum hardware requirements can also be a good feature.

Describe the solution you'd like Two things can be done:

• Display minimum hardware requirements
• Give the user the option to execute a hardware test
