Measure and monitor code coverage

We need to pay more attention to code coverage and introduce some monitoring.

We have been running code coverage for the last 4 years. Someone removed a link from readme? It is part of the GitHub actions.

@dceleda I saw recently some codecov notifications. Not sure who have access to it for manage but maybe we should start to use it more extensively (link from Tomasz works). It would be nice to reach AT LEAST this 80% of coverage.
