Add print statements before building docker image

When installing an avs for the first time after entering all options, the system just hangs for 10-15 seconds. I'm guessing it's building the docker image locally. But this is very confusing, and makes it feel like there's a networking issue or some infinite loop bug going on.

Adding print statements to explain what is happening would remove all of this confusion.
