Update command for running the vm

Currently the pipeline of the run command, assumes we are dealing with a Cairo Zero program. This needs to be updated to run cairo 1 programs as well.

At the moment this issue is blocked since we need the json output form the cairo file, which is being currently worked on https://github.com/starkware-libs/cairo/pull/5912

Also it remains to be seen if it's worth it to keep the same code for both versions or if we should create a new command altogether.
