Hosting TestChains for internal use

I was wondering if I would want a cryptocurrency to be used internally could I just host the TestChain on a internal server where the whole enterprise can connect to?

Hi, I would not use these chains as most are setup as a single node, but other than that yeah. If you are going to use it internally PoA / Clique it will be a good consensus as per the Geth / Parity PoA examples.
