unable to download some specific mods

Describe the bug some mods can't be downloaded

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. start it up
2. try to get something like: " https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=1135248412 "
3. thats it

Expected behavior mod getting downloaded
