How endpoint works?

Currently I have lemur running, I was able to integrate it with vault on destination and sources.

I'm using cryptography for my testing, I'm not sure how endpoint works, when I open endpoints I dont see anything and I dont see anywhere how to add them

Endpoints currently are created in the AWS plugins (and maybe others), it would be nice to have a way to add custom endpoints to check if the latest certificate is deployed.

This would entail adding a create REST endpoint to the API, and add the button & form to the web interface
