Any documentation on how to start Eureka Server with Jersey2EurekaBootStrap ?

This has largely been a community effort, I don't think there's much docs on this (PRs welcome though)

I see, was trying to run the eureka server as a java app (not servlet). Didn't make much progress, any reference will help. Thanks.
