Cannot compile version 2.1.85 in CentOS7

Hi,

My goal is to create a RPM and run a simple yum install aminator command. I'm using python-pbr-3.1.1-1.el7 and when I compile, I get this error:

Can you please me know how I could bypass this error? I want to use a real release tarball and package everything into a src.rpm file, not latest cloned git repository.
